At Korango Farm Poultry Equipments, we stand behind the quality of our equipment. If something isn't right, we'll make it right.
Reporting Issues
- Inspect your order upon delivery.
- Report any defects, damage, or wrong items within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- Send clear photos of the issue via WhatsApp to +254 790 738 399.
- Include your order details (name, phone, items ordered).
Eligible Returns
- Items with manufacturing defects
- Damaged items (damage during shipping)
- Wrong items delivered
- Items must be unused and in original packaging
Not Eligible for Returns
- Items damaged through misuse or improper installation
- Items reported after 24 hours of delivery
- Items without original packaging
- Normal wear and tear
Refund Process
- Contact us within 24 hours with photos
- We review and approve/deny within 48 hours
- Approved returns: we arrange pickup or you ship back at our cost
- Refund processed within 7 business days via original payment method (M-Pesa or bank)
Replacements
Where possible, we offer a direct replacement instead of a refund. Replacements are shipped within 2–3 business days of approval.
Warranty Claims
Equipment under warranty (as stated on product pages) can be repaired or replaced free of charge. Contact us with your purchase details and description of the fault.
