By using this website and placing orders with Korango Farm Poultry Equipments, you agree to these terms.
2. Products & Pricing
- All prices are in Kenya Shillings (KSh) and include VAT where applicable.
- Prices may change without prior notice.
- Product images are for illustration; actual items may vary slightly.
3. Orders & Payment
- Orders are confirmed once payment is received via M-Pesa (Paybill 522533, Account 5901456) or KCB Bank (A/C 1297907523).
- We reserve the right to cancel orders if payment is not received within 24 hours.
4. Delivery
- Delivery is available countrywide within Kenya.
- Delivery timelines depend on your location (typically 1–5 business days).
- Delivery fees are communicated before order confirmation.
5. Returns & Refunds
- Report any defects or damage within 24 hours of delivery with photos.
- Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging for returns.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
6. Warranty
Equipment comes with manufacturer warranty as specified on individual product pages. Warranty does not cover misuse or normal wear.
7. Limitation of Liability
Korango Farm Poultry Equipments is not liable for losses arising from equipment misuse, power surges, or failure to follow operating instructions.
